Natalia Simovic, MFT, LPCC
Natalia received her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron and is dually licensed as both an MFT, as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. This dual licensure has offered her extensive experience with treating diverse populations and disorders in both individuals, as well as couples and families. Natalia especially excels in treating relational issues, as well as anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, personality disorders, and sexual issues. Commonly treated relational issues include: communication issues, infidelity, family grief, divorce, co-parenting, and sexual issues.
Natalia's dual licenses are only further complimented by her specialized training and education in sex therapy. Natalia is currently working towards completing official AASECT approved sex therapist certification credentials. Specialty sex therapy treatment areas include individuals/couples struggling with sexual dysfunction, LGBTQ+ sexuality issues, infidelity, poly relationships, kink/fetish, sexual trauma, sexual addiction or sexually compulsive behaviors, sex with mental and/or physical illness, and any other sexually related issues. Natalia combines evidence based treatment modalities with a laid-back sense of humor and person centered approach, to make each client feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Natalia is also multilingual in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian.
