Dr. Florence Kimbo discovered through her hospital practice, that the Northeast Ohio region did not have sufficient quality psychiatric and mental health practitioners that worked in the outpatient setting. Seeing many of her patients struggle with mental health disorders and having poor access to follow-up care, including medication management from specialized mental health professionals and comprehensive psychiatric care, she formed Florence Kimbo, MD, LLC.

Dr. Kimbo is widely recognized for her expertise in the evaluation and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry, and she is also Board Certified in Obesity Medicine.
