Maddy Kinsinger, LSW, LICDCIII

I am a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe people are not defined by their struggles, and that with insight, accountability, and compassionate support, healing and growth are possible. I work with preteen, teens, and adults, helping them build clarity, resilience, and confidence as they move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, stress, and life transitions. I help clients identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and build practical strategies for change. I use CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to support stability, coping skills, and clarity.
Many people seek support when life feels overwhelming, and it often takes real strength to take that first step. Therapy offers a space to slow down, and better understand what you’re experiencing without judgment. If you’re looking for a place to gain insight, build coping skills, and feel more grounded, I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready.
